For multi-unit residential, hospitality and commercial developments, the stone package needs to align with drawings, quantities and the construction schedule. We review the material brief and proposed supply sequence with you before defining an offer.
We work with quarry and production partners to source material against an agreed brief. Discuss selection ranges, finish, dimensions and batch consistency at the outset. Supply capacity and timing are assessed for the specific material and quantity, rather than assumed from catalogue images.
Depending on the location and project scope, we can discuss a supply-and-installation package, including turnkey natural stone works. Site measurement, substrate readiness, fixing requirements, installation responsibilities and handover criteria must be defined in the project agreement.
Where the project calls for phased deliveries, we can discuss quantities by zone, packing identification, unloading arrangements and the destination. Production, freight and site dates are coordinated against a programme confirmed during the quotation and order process.
Our supply scope also includes custom marble bathtubs, sinks and basins, coffee and side tables, planters and stone-clad furniture. We coordinate stone selection and bespoke production with specialist partners. Drawings, dimensions, construction details, finishes and delivery requirements are reviewed for each enquiry.

Installation is assessed by location, scope and site conditions. A supply-and-installation offer is made only after responsibilities and practical requirements have been reviewed.
Phased delivery can be discussed against the construction programme. Batch planning, storage, transport and any resulting costs must be agreed before ordering.
